This dude is Murgul Warlock, a kind of elder mage on Murgul race. He is the only one Murgul that is feared by the Naga, since he has great magical power.

Try making freehand on paper?

Ok, this is my first art, what do you think. It's 99% Photoshop freehand, i draw it from scratch. The glowing on his wand is not freehand, though.
