Haha, dwarf-orc? Tolkien made the orcs and probably made them in a such barbarical and powerful body, is beceause of the nazi influence when he lived, the germans took the power, and tolkien made the grunts as barbaric as them in the old time.
the orc is 5-head tall, whereabout i'd find it better to be 6½ tall. now, he looks rather small, and poor in combat skills.

i find the shading, if there's intentionally any nicely projected.
the wrist thing on his arm holding the bow looks rather weird and uncomplete, it looks like some clothe twisted here and here, the fold could use more work.

that's it, i'm not going to point out every flaws, just keep drawing, and i'd appreciate more details on the face, and watch your proportions!

on the hand holding the bow, the arm is way too short, while the forearm looks fine.

For me, you could change the angle of where the orc bowman is. Then, you could make him taller and a bit thicker.

Orcs dont usually use bows, but this one is a little imaginary

I know that in some games they do use bows though, like just about any d&d and some more. And PLEASE DONT SAY ORCS ARE TOO STUPID FOR BOWS, the intelligence of orcs how intelligent the author want them to be, and in warcraft orcs are just as smart as humans.

Really well done. The head looks a little big and the body a little too thin, but still good work.
