It's aqua pencil... I'ts not to bright. it's ok...
Depending on how you see it. If you're in for horrific effects, then you would expect a somewhat darker theme to the character.

Terrible. The colors are too bright requiring some darkening. And you may want to change his lips, teeth, eyes, or something like that.
