Dude it's a fur loin cloth. Many orcs use them. Take the time to look at orcs in the game and you'll notice that they all have it.

Nice. He might be a bit too dark so you can lighten him up a bit.
It's just a Photoshop "test". I tried draw a "PS-orc".
ouch your legendary pen skills aren't as great as your coloring's. the coloring on the axe have blurry spots of black, and white, try putting it one whole using smudge if possible, it's a great tool when you have such holes. i find his brown hairy robe not enough shaded and not too interesting.
well, you get the portrait basicly, all i can say is that you gotta raise your coloring skills to have an equal scale with your amazing pen skills.

not bad esp if its done freehand on adobe. i'll have to chek out the wc fan site some time when i get time.
