Even if you didn't have your selection of colors, I still would say he needs shading. Now let's call this a Blood Ghoul.

7doesn't exactly look like hes frenzy'd but like his melting or something. to be frenzy would meen hes geting angry, pumped up, ready to tear your leg off, hmmmm, good idea

ah yes drawing during class, i hope you will magicly get good grades. his left legs looks like exagerated, but i think it's the point. i could easily grab him by the arm and kick his leg and it would fly away.
