Pretty cool man. The way she's jumping is a bit odd. You would need a trampoline to be able to jump like that and land properly. Maybe fix up the legs and it would look good. The glove is really cool looking. And it looks like she could use the bow as a sword type thing with the sharp side(just incase she runs out of arrows). The tattoo on her thigh is nice. I think he is correct about the boob thing. Your other night elf woman has a C cup or something. she is like...a surfboard.

Retexturize her tunic. And use more shading on her skin.

i dont see what she could be doing in the air, her arm and leg doesnt do anything revelent, it looks like she jumped for no reason

skin is a little too dark, but otherwise the shading and effects look cool.
