you just have to spend some time, no matter your age, im born in '90

it has the same "sketch" look that mine do. its not bad, but makes it a hella harder to erase.
couple things - the torso could be just a little tiny bit shorter and legs that same amout longer, and maybe a little smaller head (once again, not too much)
otherwise the way she is standing there with the shield and everything is awsome!

Great, i love how her hand is on the shield, she looks relaxed, but her thumb shouldnt be angled toward her, that's simply being stressed. On her upper body she could use some shine, try to carefully erase some spots up there to make a correct lightning. The shield have a very crude lightning, and he have no shading where you see the white squares, do something here. Her blade is great, it looks really thorned and slicy. But, there is three blades, and they're supposed to be identical, you did your WWWWWWW's on a certain side of the blade on one blade, but on the two other blades, its on the other side, since the blade spins on itself when she throws it, it's pretty illogical. Her feets are the worst part, try to presketch here a ball, then a cylinder, then some balls for the toes, it looks like you didnt presketched here and simply made it spontaneously.

Finally, with your finger, try to stomp your shading inside the lines (aka make them blurry with your finger), but dont overdo it.

a tip, don't press the pen so hard against the paper. it makes lighter lines, that is more flowing.
the left arm and the stomach is good shaded, but the rest needs much work.
you've placed the mouth too far down, making her look longfaced. but on the other hand, I think you did a really good work with the left arm.
just study many pics, read about anatomy, and draw a lot, and you will progress. =)
