All the lines are messed up, and he looks more egyptian, than blood elfish. And his G spot is way 2 low. and the blade is way 2 small, and the flames on his left hand is drawn way 2 smooth. And you gotta work on facial expressions.
His glowing habd looks like the chimera's acid spit. glowing is nesceserally a source of light, not just shapes. the view is bad, the fact we dont see his face is annoying. the hand holding the blade doesnt look like its having bones anywhere else than in the fingers, the hand is a big chunk o f lil bones, so you might want to fix how the hand is placed, and give it some thickness. finally, it could be nice if you would presketch. (i typed all that with only my left hand)
