Yes u can do better, but this is still excellent gr8 job.

well, I can certainly agree you wanna call it a Troll - but not of Wc3 - if this were the case, the tusks would sprout from the corners of the mouth, and the nose and chin, would be stretched longer - the initiate view, suggest an orc
However, you used alot of time to express the face, and the facial texture is awesome! There are some glitches, though - the chin, the nosebone, the forehead, the eyes, and the mohawk, all seems to be too far to one side - you are obvious skilled, no doubt, and this' why I'm sure you can do better
