well, this could hardly be labeled "bad" - and the eyes are on his body (look as to were the arms connect 
) but, it seems you enjoy drawing some types of species from this univers you are creating, over the other - as in, the "Kram" race drawings you have submitted, seems more finished then your "Deron", and this drawing is an example of that - it is not "bad" but it is not "finished"

2 big face as I told you before, impossible he can't walk with so big head... 
personnaly i dont see why it would be bad, it is a design and a well done one, people dont seem to like the ''head'' but it is a nice concept, and it is fun to see someone who do the same thing i do (create a new world), dont know how is it going for you but i got a team and all, i wish you the same, however its hard to do thoses things with a team, i started another one (more personal) alone, more futusristic
