Good details but I think you didn't spend much time with the drawing and that what makes it bad, and i agree with what wormskull said about lines

it doesnt seem to be dynamic. it seems like a bunch of lines/contour rather than definated shaped with correct shading. make your lines softer or smaller and please shade your drawing, yours is poorly shaded.
also aim for some detail, and make it interesting, and perhaps bigger!
