behold, the eye called "meh".. i'm too lazy to rename it.
to the subject: this is my first drawing in photoshop. I based it on a sketch I made on paper a couple of months ago.
Worktime is as usual about 5-10 hours.

thanks for all nice comments =) it's as usual based on myself and my own eyes. and it's not as good as it could have been since my last attempts at shading just destroyed everything.
this is something I just played with and of course, it's always easier to make just a eye then it is to do a full body.

and Stormrider, no offense, but I don't se those flaws you say with the mishaped. i did add shadow, but it looked to harsh and took away the harmony and smoothness. after all, that is what I want in my paintings. but thanks for your comment as well.

well, the left and right side of the eye are mishapped. you could also add a lot more shadow above the eye, since i think the eyebrow, cheek and nose bones are making a natural wall around the eye for a reason

Yeah Rex, it really does look photoedited, except for the little "outlinish" effect near the lower-left iris. Also, in the iris, there are some pencilish leftovers, and the area above the eye isn't shaded as a result of the eye socket.

Just playing, but it's true. All these tiny little flaws are just being pointed out, and that is not stopping a 5.

well put Eusira, this really catches the eye (lol, I kill myself :mrgreen: - no really, if you don't laugh, I'll do :| ) Would've mistaken this to be a saturated and edited photo, had it not been for the slightly flawed edge of the inner eye :shock: anyways, I can't even complain how its unrelated to wc3, cause I havn't thought that yet (now u all think, "then howcome you type it?" To this I respond, "Type what?") who knows/cares, this might be the eye of an orc (rather dubious tho' ) or a High Elf (which is more likely)
