Its so good to see that you are taking critisism constructively, and the drawing has developed thereafter I'll say, you get the next clean star, and a lot of degits, and can I just say how overjoyed I am to see you doing the effort it takes to finish your work.

looks like a pet dragon that belongs to a wizard and now is watching the moon from the wizard's tower.
I really like the wings, but here come's another good tip. I see that you have improved the texture, but now.. remove the contours. he will look more alive without hard lines around him.
and use the top of your finger to blur the shading a bit, although I suggest you practice it on another paper since it takes some time to get the hang of it.
and now I want a dragon. =)

allright! Not all dragons are evil vicious beings, this one is another cuddly creature, just as evil as your average bunny 
Nice piece of art, maaad with char' and I like that - tho' here is the thing, were I point out stuff you should do to improve your work. Add a lil' more texture to the boddy. This will keep them b c k's and dragon apart, for sure! Only, thats not the real problem, no! Its the tail, man! It aint no ornamental figurine on that roof, no? Then add the bulge that makes it wrap around. Its a real sad thing, cause its so catchy that it destroys the rest
