No, the border in the tutorial is more soft. I think it's easiest if you just paint on the pasbtn and disbtn borders yourself with the spray tool, they look very good.

i agree... you should always do a fade-out to black on a pasbtn edge.

nice icon, in general, but not in warcraft style...

Disbth is hideous, the whole icon is really, one big mess. Try some freehand, and make your own pasbtn borders and bisbtn borders, too many icons just have an ugly black outline.
