ok this is the last time im changing the color and name of the sword (unless it is neccesary)so i made it longer, and les blury.

what about lighting? add lighting, make it more visable or you meen lightning as in the light of the image?

Uhm, well I know it isn't polite to say anything bad about anyone's work, but man this looks like... You could make the contrast stronger, recolor the sword, for example silver and do the lightning.

hm.. the first thing:
shadows are black, not white...
2.: the sword is quite too short..
3.: For your first icons it looks very good

I changed it so it should be better looking, The Sword of Shadows.

It's a bit blurry. Also needs a proper border.

this is my first icon so please tell me what i did wrong and how i can improve it. BTW its 100% free hand
