Good but u could difenitly go zoomed in on that picture a lot. 
hope i this helps in planning for a new version of this icon or another...hmm, its a bit uncomplete...you cant really see the heroes, and imagine a user who doesnt have a good resolution, he will barely see anything. very bad angle of view.
