the icon itself is horrible, 1/5 already.
the default tichondirus icon is better than that, why would anyone use that. it's a bad shot and the angle is horrible. it doesnt look like evil, harmful from that angle. put the camera level over his eyes level, thats something subliminal in the human nature ( when something is taller than him, he will always fear the tall one than the one smaller than him ).
and do it freehanded, this method of copy n paste sucks, anyone can do it in 1sec.
atleast, if you can't do it in freehanded, wich is a shame, take a good shot!
