I made this Icon In Paint and not in PhotoShop... .

disbtn is simple
just make a new layer, coverit in black and make it 50% transparent

Mmm, it's yellow orange.......
Maybe you can use it with my YLB, or maybe I can make orange lightning stuff........

Where can i find a demo of Photoshop.. or something...

Theres a good tutorial on this sight that teaches you how to make DISBTNS but for a fast explanation:

1. Use the paintbrush to go over the metalish border in black.
2. Create another layer on top of the icon with an opacity of 50%.
3. Use black with the paintbucket tool on the new layer to make it DISBTN

i not so Good At makeing DISBTNs...

You CnPed it a bit wrong -- need to stretch it out so it covers the black borders...you also need to make a DISBTN in order for it to be useful.

With fix and DISBTN made it would be a 3/5 to me.

Fixed it By adding the Boarder.
