It is a cross between a Ghoul and a Pit Lord, because the skin is a Pit Lord Cnp on a Ghoul model. The icon is actually a screenshot and shrinked in Photoshop and added a glowing colour, hope i'm not disappointing anyone.

Excellent icon! The features and shading are well done. A cross between a Ghoul and a Pit Lord can't go wrong!
