updated after like 10 months omfg. new features include a (possibly) working empath; hope i got it right this time, vastly improved load time, reduced file size, re-vamp of some hero abilities, and a couple of new recipe items. people hardly ever email me about bugs or problems so its slow in finding what needs fixing.
and haha, looks like a 4kb download but actually attempting to download shows, at least to me, the proper size of 930ish kb.
can't seem to get bard's call of siren to work on most creeps. they are "too powerful" a creature even when i set their level to 1. no idea how to fix it, no field in the base spell to edit max lvl creature it can be used on.

Darky uses open scource map protections, so it allows people to extract files and view triggers and such, which is the point of leaving a map unprotected. However if you try saving, which you should not do in the first place, then it will mess up the file. It is the perfect map protection because it protects the map but doesnt screw with the ability for people to learn from it. Case closed.

hopefully, empath's transference works again now. there was also a problem with nightblade blades of venom that's fixed now. a repick bug allowing multiple heroes is also taken care of.
I think this is a good mod of Enfo's as far as the mods go.. the new heroes are fun to play. But is this ever going to be updated? I found 1.7d on b.net over a week ago, yet this remains as 1.7a. And the Empath is totally bugged--she gives great items, but she can't use transferance because of a targeting bug, so she's basically useless.

Are you on drugs? You must be blind to the fact that if you open the map up in WE and save it, you cannot play the map anymore. Shut the hell up you know nothing about map protection.
