I cant open the file with winrar so wtf. But im making an campaign myself called "Vampire Campaign". but the files are damaged when i submit the resource totally wtf?
The Link for this map is not working, which it may also explain the reason for Darkys strange dissipearance. I have a theory his computer ultimately crashed, causing half the forums for this map to mysticaly vanish (Page turns white then it says done on the bottem), that or, something is majorly wronge.
The Forums for these maps are GONE aswell! The screen turns white and it says Done on my internet Explorer! I tried many forums there.. . .

When clicking on the link to downlaod the full campaign it gives an error message about teh webpage or file not found. Is there an alternative means of getting this cmapiagn? or is there a means to fix this? I amm interested in playing both this and its sequal , so if it ends tha tyou need tos end it via email I can be found at [email protected] Beyond that it looks impressive, I'm jsut tad frustrated at the dificulty in getting it. (and the sequal return fo teh dragon))
I am having problems in unzipping the campaign, because I have “Windows XP” and it blocks me from unzipping the file. But if this campaign is like the other “Nature’s Call” campaign then it must be as good as the other one. If someone could e-mail me the unzipped version to [email protected] it would be very helpful.
It took forever to find a program that would open this freakin campaign but i found it.. i downloaded Winzip.. So i think the campaign was ok.. I LOVED the first lvl when u played as the baby trying to grow up in the cave. It was cool how you had voices but i dont believe the voices sounded like the charactersat at all. plus the was metamophisis talked was just wierd. He talked really fast and kept freakin about the demons lol... who cares if theres demons in the cave.. theres demons EVERYWHERE in azeroth since Kel'thuzad summoned Archimonde. Also, like said earlier, Why would a Nerubian be able to turn into a dragon? He was just too powerful. The story wasnt all that good but i do like how you used many custom models.. props for that. lol 4/5
ok i need help...sometimes when i download a icon,model,map (this one) i open it..but no files inside...so i try to extract...its says this file is being protected...i click on the link for directions on how to unblock...followed the instructions... AND NOTHING stilL! plz help me
how do i unblock the file??? ive tried clicking unblock like the computer help says. But my computers retareded and it doesn't do ****. so i go really pi**ed andput every single bit of security of or on lowest posible, and the pc still just says "this pc has blocked the file like a retard even though you decided to follow the crappy help sectuion on pc!" someone tell me how i unblock this before i hit my pc with a hammer. It aint an ancient pc its about a year old and is good pc but for some reason on even good pcs you still get pcs so dumb you want to shout at it and say "just accept the file you **** **** **** *** **** **** ********"
Pretty Good 4/5 Not many would have attempted a campaign by themselves. My biggest complaint in the flow- you often don't know where to go, and often too much time is spent running back to fountains because you're too weak to continue forward. Might I suggest some runes? Nice job.

Cool thing Darky but I Give it 2/5 because every Warcraft player want to see a campaign that is continueing the Story of Arthas, Jaina, Kael, Furioun, tyrande, thrall, and this kind of stuff.

GO to Winzip.com, and download the demo(unless you whant to pay 29 bucks), theen use it to unzip the campaign.and screw off everyone else who wasnt kind enough to offer some kind of help.
i havent tried/downloaded this map yet but im SURE its great, and also try to get in a couple revisions on the next chapter ur making so there wont be as much bugs like the ones i heard ppl talk about in this post about those 10 maps, but try to do it as fast as possible WITHOUT glitches in other words: do it as fast as possible and take your time(i make no sense) and btw i forgot to compliment your map ^_^ OWNAGE map there darky!
K heres whats down i downloaded the file than i tried to extract all to my computer but my computer said that they were being blocked and said how to un block so i did but my computer still said it was blocked and i made sure the file was unblocked. WHATS GOING ONNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There are very big bugs in this campaign... by transforming the big spider into the dragon you can reach places very easiely where you should not get at any time and the cinematics aren't working after that, too. I won the missions but the campaign completely became crazy. At last, I played without the spiderqueen herself, she was always invisible; not existing. The terrain looks also very fast done...
Because of these things, this campaign only gets 4/5 from me.
This was really fun, but the things were on the one where u gotta bring the 3 spiders together again, and when you need to run out in 5 minutes, i had to use cheats... uhm and on the map where the trolls attack and dragons attack you, you dont really have enough money in beggeining to build up a base (the town hall thing), but i didnt cheat on that i killed creeps to get money.... but by that time the dragons were attackin, so thats kinda one bug i find, and the ending.... its kinda uhmmm how to say it.... continous, it needs something else, like a second episode for this, cause it says i will be back, and it froze the queen and unseen... and left em there, so... yea, and one thing that would make it better is that you have more units to buy. and the last thing, i had fun with, i was bored making an army to kill undead base on last level and i saw something of mine on minimap (those who dont want to know a cheap way to win, dont listen) on the bottom left i saw a tree of eternity, so i ate trees to get it out, used cheats to make biulings build faster and used NE units to kill everything, plus i got 3 more heores

I'm awarding this the Director's Choice Award for its obvious reasons. Not many have endeavored to mae a campaign as big and deep as this. A great stroyline branching out of the original WC3 storyline, recorded speech, involving levels, and a climatic ending. The countless months of work put into this show through very well on this map. for all you dumb ppl in here: Note: The Frozen IS REQUIRED! 1: You just download the .zip file.
2: Download WinZip evaluation version from WinZip.com (unless you already have it).
3: you extract all files to the 'Campaigns' file to your warcraft directory (eg.: c:\Program Files\Warcraft III\Campaigns)using WinZip, or any other archiver which works for this. 3b: Some people see the zip archive empty after downloading. But its not. Simply right click on the zip file and choose "extract all". Or you can alternately use WinRAR or WinZip. There you right click on the zip file as well and choose "extract here" or "extract all".
4: Start Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne. 5: Click 'Single Player' then 'Custom Campaigns' then select the Spider Queen and start it up... this should work
wenever i go to download this file it isnt recognized as a warcraft 3 file . it gives me the option to choose a program from a list, and warcraft 3 isnt on the list.
PLEASE put these maps in .w3m format and let them be downloaded individually with the trigger "switch to map" to go to the next map at end of each map as lots of ppl cant play it.
im haveing the same problem as blade thirst. i downloaded the map and when i try and extract it just flashs and theres no map or maps in the zipped file
I thought the campaign was awesome, but it's story didn't follow the story from the real game. There were some glitches, or, more like things that weren't given effort. I have to rate this game 4/5, since it was cool, but Gold edition isn't the gold.

Awesome: First Person View in the Unseen map Quests Heroes Units and buildings Flesh Golem Just plain Sucked: Ner'zhul wasn't in a cave, but in the Frozen Throne
I think you could make a Platinum version.
One more thing, Don't criticise me because I have never made any models, maps, or anything, and say that I'm not qualified to say what's bad or not. I don't do that, and don't plan on it.
whoa nice map 5/5 gj but a few bugs... upgrades need a tree of life well i say after u fix all the bugs thats the best custom campain iv played... well thats the only custom campain iv played... i only play scenario
I'm having the same problem wiht downloading, and I like how noone like darky seems to be offereing advice to those who can't download this. Do u ahve to download each map and then the campgin thing, because I get the campaing in world editor, only a message says it cant get the file. When i try to extract shit the extraction bar doesn't light up like for the models ive downloaded, and I ahve a problem with a few of those too. WTF is wrong?
I just dled the dragon campaign, cuz I just heard about this site but I dont want to play it yet cuz of spoilers, and now I cant play the spider campaign, EVEN though I put it in the campaign folder, I use TFT, I tried to extract all, but it doesnt extract, I dunno if anyone will respond to this anyway this topic looks kinda dead.......
The campaign is very good, though I found a few strange bugs, one of which involved Metamorphus staying up in the air after he turned back from a dragon on a few maps, but was still a 'ground' unit. Also, on the entrance of the cave map, you win if you kill the Pit Lord, therefore you do not have to go through the whole cave. Other than that, it is a very good campaign, and I wish Return of the Dragon would come out soon.
I've played this campaign about 5 months ago, and I played it again some weeks ago (When RotD was delayed, I just made myself busy with this campaign).
Anyway guys, the wait is over, the campaign will be ready by wednesday.
To correct you super_hamster, there is no campgin folder in the RoC version. But I think you can find the original files compatible with Roc at www.warcraft.org.
Oh and also, this campaign rocks. But for some reason the dialogue's messed up and there appear to be some things missing.
I cant even install it, there is no campaign folder. Please note I am using RoC and not TFT. When I try and get it to work, it simply doesn't. I tried putting it into "c:\warcraft III\maps\campaigns" and even then it didn't work. I originally tried "c:\warcraft III\campaigns" which didn't work.
Indeed the story and even the ideea itself are original .Evenso there is a BUG TO REPORT :the darck portal ability (the Unseen )has an error in it's description :it sais "....for Archimonde ...." and as you reallized , it does,t match..
While most people at the moment await the release of ROTD campaign - I couldnt restrain myself. I went campaign crazy and haven't slept for days. I've played most of the campaigns here, but also a site called
is known to host a few good campaigns. I was quite happy when I found out that the currently retired "darky" also is "casted" in "Wanderers Of Sorceria" a VERY VERY VERY good and cool campaign in my opinion. Please try to avoid using cheat codes, and find all secrets yourself. ^_^ The story / Plot / Trigger use for Sorceria is amazing.
Very impressive, perhaps the best campaign I have played, but the only thing i suggest you improve is, how the hell would a spider be able to turn into a Dragon, and how could the blood of both be molted into one? But still i say this map deserves a well earned 5/5 and i cannot wait until ROTD is realeased, best wishes.
Due....... do NOT put the campaign into the maps\ folder... put it into this path..... an example could be: D:\Warcraft III\Campaigns then go in game and chose single player. after that press the button named "Custom Campaigns" and bang..... your newly downloaded campaing can be played..... Good luck

I agree with xxxSpikexxx. This map is good but some things in it make no sense. Play the first level and plz tell me since when u see birds in caves??? You should definatly change those to bats.

Ok I think i can help u ppl with the extraction problems. It happened to me on my other computer but it seems to work on this 1 so it might just be the extraction system on your computer. As befor i retried to extract the files from downloaded zip and same thing nothing happened anyone got any tips? btw:this has happened to me befor but only with zips that were empty
Giving only positive comments (like most people do) doesn't help anyone ... I found the campaign ok but not more. - The Spells of Heros and Units just don't fit: Arachna - Carrion swarm? THUNDER CLAP?! methamorphus - BLIZZARD?! immolation (may fir but doesnt use him a f***) and the Rain of Choas is cool but it doesnt cost mana!? tahts making him a 1man-army. just as The Unseen and his dark portal toxic Spiders - Abolish?! spiders form eggs - detonate?! - The "Meele" stuff is a good idea but made quite bad ... why do you need forest Spiders? they are the same as the bigger ones but weaker. why do spiders spawned from eggs need supply? [color=red]root[/color uproot? changing the strings is that simple ... why dont you make them fit to the spiderstuff? - You didn't play the Tft Campaign did you? your end is just totaly unfitting. If you make a campaign based on the Story of annother game or book or whatever its never a good idea to use the main charakters from their story if you don't know of everything that happend to the in the Story. - there could be more stuff like music that doesn't make you feel like playing Night Elfes.
What i did like is: - Voice Acting: realy good. Sound just as if its a Campaign from Blizzard itself! - Missions: "Build a Base and destory all enemys" missions are rare and thats making it more intressting. - The Idea is cool but just badly realised i think - Costum Stuff: The Skins of the Unseen and methamorphus are quite nice. also I like the "Dark Portal" Spider Effect and the Holy Light effect. and the Eggs around the buildings are cool.

When i tryed to extract the file every time i clicked next it wouldnt start extracting or anything... So anyonew know what i should do? And iv seen this happen befor when there wasnt anything to extract.

Hi first of all shouldn't the file be named *.w3m and not *.w3n ? Otherwise it does not make sense for WC3. I got the same problem with launching Spiderqueen then with launching the defense map - here is what I've already written: I have the german version of Frozen Throne ver 1.07. When I want to lunch the game by doubleclicking the map name, the program does not take me to the configuration screen where other players can log in but gets back to the first screen where you can connect to games an see them. That's kind of odd. It loads but it doesn't proceed. Thanks for your help
some people seem not to be able to read. There is a big red comment which tells you what to do when you tink the zip is empty. Ok when I download the campaign, wut file do i save it to? I cant open the campaign in the game only in the editor and that is, i guess, protected cause i csnt open it.
Thanks for the response Light, but thats not my problem.. when i download the zip file from the site, the zip has nothing inside it to extract im not sure what im doing wrong.. it seems other members have had the same problem (KonBlade and xsr1000). Thanks again for any help you can offer.
Ezechiel: Yes you need the Frozen Throne. Ian: Actually .wtn is a campaign file, not a map file. Just put it in the campaign directory and single player -> custom campaign (Frozen Throne only).

Hi, i'm a plain newbie this this but i couldn't find an appropriate forum for my question. I just got this campaign (the spider queen) as it looked great and i got the bad suprise to find out i can't make it work (how rude as i was drooling of impatience to test it). Set up nc_tsq.w3n in wc3 maps directory but i couldn't see any new map so i tried to rename it nc_tsq.w3m as all my map files were named .w3m: the new campaign appears in custom game but i can't make it run. Do i need WC3:frozen throne to make it work ? I'm totally clueless on this, so please don't flame me.
This campaign is really cool, some battles are kind of boring and there's a pack of little consequent bugs in the game (I had to use cheats to get past it).
I really like the story, and voice are goods. Credits map is really cool too
P.S : I think you Darky really like Starcraft, true? "My queen" "I'm an experiment" "Broodling". Even the building with eggs, and the voices are really zerg-like
