Lol nice cin ^^ the end was a little weird but good, so  3.5/5
no real need for an update is required.. But I thinks that whenever you will start making a new cinematic that you will have to keep in mind these few issues that I gave you....especially keep in mind the less good things of the cinematics...Those are the things you can improve the most.

I also think that this is not my very best cinematic. It was built in a very short time and the English translation was done in a few minutes. I'm sorry for that, but I don't think that I'll update this cinematic before christmas next year. :?
I liked but it was to short. You should make a second 1 or something to continue it or something... even tho it was short i give it a 4/5... really JUST MAKE IT LONGER
Well this cinematic was to start off way too short...it felt like 2 minutes or something like that.

Well the story was not bad but not very senseable...with the whole arthas thing and such.

Your terrain looked average and so it was....you achieved to make some nice terrains here and there like on the mountain at arthas that was pretty steep....but other parts of the landscape where really dried out and looked like they could have used some extra time invesment.

Your dialogs where nice and there was noting more to add than just a few spelling errors and grammer issues...but I can't blame you cause my cinematic shall possibly have 1 or 2 as well....Only next time make sure you reduce the amount of spelling errors oke.

As for the camera use, it could have been done much better, they where placed nicely but the movement was a bit less and it was very blocky.

The santa like muldav mentioned was nice...he only might have overlooked one thing....he still had a peon shove in his left hand.

3/5 since I have seen better but seen worser as well.
Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the review, Muldav. I started to build this map on 23rd of december and it should be a little christmas map so I had not much time for details in the terrain and such things. The santa skin was the thing I worked most on in this cinematic.
I use most time to build maps and cinematics for my upcoming campaign "The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring". I hope these cinematics are better - if you want to see an example, PM me and I'll send you a preversion of the intro. I'm sorry, but till now it's only German. Translation will be done when the german version is ready! I try to avoid using imported stuff, so the file is not big.
Review of High In the north

1. Terrain was average, though the village was a bit well flat and single tiled, more tile variation next time and some noise and smooth next time.

2. Sound was ok, could have used some christmas tunes to underline the theme. average all in all

3. Cameras and effects, Sweet effects when going into house, looking in the crystal ball and the fade filter, though the fade filter faded out it was a good way of making the illusion of seeing into a crystal ball. The camera movements were decent in a good way.

4. Imported stuff, I liked the santa!

5. Story, a fun story with an original twist to it, excellent ending. it doesn't always have to be that happy in the end!

Conclusion, short but in a good sense. This map had some flaws but it was something I can bear with and since the story was original, though not groundbreaking I like it.

4/5 Yours truly MuldaV
A little Christmas Cinematic.
Merry Christmas! :)

German version recommended to everyone who knows the language.
