Well, same things that Muldav already said and some little, but important additional ones:
-your cinematic should have an end. The only way to finish it is to quit the whole program. Show the "coming soon" a few seconds, then fade out and trigger 'Victory Player 1 hiding dialogs, hiding scores" to return to the menu.
-Sometimes the unit transmissions are much too long, sometimes much too short to read them. I think you used "add x seconds" in the transmission-dialog, didn't you? If you have no sound file to play, this will affect that the transmission is shown 5 seconds, no matter what time you have filled in. Use "Set to x seconds" and the transmission is shown exactly as long as you typed in.
Good for the beginning, but I think you'll learn for the next time. Most important is to use different camera perpectives and then the things I mentioned above.
Till now, this cinematic gets a 3/5, good luck for the next one!
