Hi, I can't download this capaign. :( Can anyone help me. It just says webpage cannot be found.
Hi!
I write to you because I have some problems when I start your campain- my PC just kick me out because some error- Fattal error!
Should I download some tools for this campain or what else should I do- please tell me if you know.
Thanks!
I have all your imported models in my computer and put tehm on the right path and gave arthas the item Nerzhul's Helmet and put all on right models but i cant get arthas to have the lich king helmet on.But very good campaign 5/5
won't work....
This was a very good campaign. The terrain was good, the cameras were good, the quests were solid and sometimes unique (the naga escorting the boat was a great idea.) Thank you very much for having the cutscenes skippable.
The main problem with this campaign was the grammar, which was tolerable, but I didn't really like how certain characters acted. It was fine for the most part, but I don't think Admiral Proudmoore should have been there.
I liked how it continued the Warcraft story and showed a lot of races involved (although it would have been nice to see Night Elves and Orcs!)
Overall great, one of my favorite custom campaigns. 4.25/5
It is meant to be. he's like an half-god now Arthas mixed with Ner'Zhul. That's why you can play him only a little while.
Nice. But i think Ner'zhul is underpowered :(
Really, really good campaign. Only real problems are in grammer and some French tooltips/dialog, and a couple of story mix-ups. As said before, Illidan didn't die, and I think you definately should have included the Durotar campaign.
Story progressed very well (even with a few out-of-character lines), terrain looked great, AI was professional-quality, and missions were good and varied.
5/5
well what can isay it was great i liked the way ARTHAS stoped the lich king from killing jaina THAT WAS GOOOOOOOD , but his death wasnt...
dont get me wrong about this...the campaigns themselves are great, but the story lacks a bit...
first of all illidan is alive
http://www.wowwiki.com/Illidan
second as alot of ppl said...you shouldn't have ignored the bonus campaign
and third the orcish part is a bit weard :?
they simply got defeated by the undead??

anyway i remember that the dragon egg names are in french and if you pick up one near the mother she will also say something in french

however this is one of the best campaigns that i ever played...so keep up the good work
this map is sweet but i agree with the what some of the other people said i think that arthas shouldnt be defeated in the end, but otherwis its a great campaign and ill give a 5/5
Nice campaign. 5/5

Errors/bugs:

-In the mission of traveling through Dalaron, the trigger will not work if you found egg first instead of dragon.

-Somehow also there will be 2 "Storm Hero guy" (Priest) if u cheated by using "iseedeadpeople"

-Camera for captain does not work.

Other than that... NICE!!!
How do i get that Lich King model so I can use it in
helping me create a Lich King hero for DotA?
Just finished it , it was awesome , god maps and cinematics and good AI , realy impressive 9/5 :D
wtf ? I don't know where it could come from - did you try "iseedeadpeople" ?
in chapter 8, the whole map is black and i cant see a thing. Whats up???

I tried iseedeadpeople
@sauron 666 : basically, I just pushed a little the alliance between kael and vashj

@mew77 : if you finished my campaign and watched the credits, you should know I didn't make this model. I took it on a french site, so you can take it if you want, giving credit to Clotaire
his model doesn't have a portrait, but someone told me it is in ROTD campaign (maybe the model is too)
as for the help, I'm not modeller, but If I can help you, just ask...
That was a good campaign, nice story and maps.
It's funny to see how very different races (blood elfes/nagas and undeads) helped eachother in time of crisis.
can i use your Lich king model in my campaign Legacy of the Forsaken. I also might need your help with models, and spells
WOW.. i could finally download the file, now its time to try this campaign!!
:?: cant dwload
hey, does anybody know why i can't download the file? i keep trying but when it reaches about 50% it ends. then i open the file and it says: "Cannot open file: it does not appear to be a valid archive. If you downloaded this file, try downloading the file again. :?: :?: then i try again but it keep saying the same.. what should i do???
 This Campaign is very good!I give you a 5\5 but the fact remains,Arthas is the main character of the game, and doesn't die at the end!
A great thanks Algus for your comment. On this site, people are rare who posts comments or votes, especially for such a detailed comment. I already knew the main points (map 1 too small and problems with english) and I plan to fix it (but at the moment I lost motivation cause no one seems to give a rate).

About the fact I didn't took the rexxar campaign, I didn't like its plot + I had the whole story of my campaign in my head long before the release of patch 1.13 and didn't want to change it after. By the way I neither didn't take account of the things I heard about world of warcraft.

But on the characters issue, could you please explain what you felt didn't fit with the blizzard heroes ? I really would like to know, and if you don't want to spoil here you can PM me.
This campaign really surprised me. I'm a pretty hard guy when it comes to campaigns and get very critical when I am playing them.

I thought this campaign had a lot of problems, but in between those problems were some gems that IMO really made this campaign shine.

For me the most important aspect of a campaign is it's story. I could probably stomach dull maps and repetitive actions if the story was well written and interesting. However, I often have trouble playing campaigns that aren't very well written.

I had a lot of problems with the grammar in this campaign. You're translating everything from French so I can understand that. My best recommendation for this campaign would be to work as dilligently as you can on improving the writing itself - whether you do this on your own or find some assistance. At this point it is the biggest problem IMO.

Rarely did I feel the characters were in character (i.e. behaving as they would) but occassionally brilliance came through. Without spoiling the plot for those who haven't played - I loved Varimathras, I thought you were right on with him. I also enjoyed how Kael seemed to assume command so readily.

The only conflict I have with the basic outline of the story itself is your choice to disclude the Frozen Throne Orc Campaign, I thought that was a bit odd. It might be more interesting to, instead of including Admiral Proudmoore, if you wrote a unique character to fill his shoes. - This isn't really an issue though but it could make it more interesting :)

Anyway - the maps themselves are very fun which is one of the biggest saving graces of the campaign. Of course, I love the naga and any chance to use them is enjoyable. I also liked the Lich King, it's fun to get to crush stuff with him >:)

I did have a one nitpicking thing. In the first level the provided base seems very overbuilt. I liked how they found the old human buildings (Arthas's old base right?) but between those and the Naga buildings that get thrown up right away, there is practically no space. Resources are a bit of a problem to. It might be nice if this map was a little bigger to accomodate the fact that you have two races (even though the naga don't have nearly as many buildings)

At any rate - IMO what this campaign really needs is some polishing. It's a bit rough around the edges but fun to play. I really liked the camera work in the cutscenes. Of course - I'm terrible with the camera myself so whenever I see good use of it I like it :p

I rate it 4/5 stars Definately worth the D/L
Very nice campain, was fun to play. 5/5
This is a pretty good campaign. What's important is that it is fun to play. It also has good replay value, because most people do not know how to make cinematics "skippable," so to speak. The part I dislike the most is the fact that some text is in French and sometimes, the English is a bit hard to understand; and what bothered me was that the map names weren't capitalized! Great maps can often be ruined by bad grammar and syntax, because it creates a sort of facade or pretense that gives the map a cheap, rushed feeling to it. This makes the map portrayed somewhat as just a five-minute-thing. However, I know this is not true because you can tell by just the quality of each individual map that this is a great campaign. 4/5
I didn't want to use the Dalaran or City terrain, and the icecrown is too dark to use it along with coconut trees ...
One of the lines arthas says just before he retakes the undead from silvanis is in french i think.
And yeah i get that you used the tiles for theramore but, it isn't exactly a 'ruined' place, unless Jaina really doesn't care about matenence very much lol
sorry for the voices but I translated from french so it's not exactly the same thing in the dialog. when I play a Med_Map guy map I have always the same problem.
Thiz campaign iz the best ive evvah seen, terrain is good, story is good! but, like R.I.P-Beast said, the voices sometimes didnt fit with the dialogue, like when variamathras (or sumthing -.-) died and then said: 'I can serve you' with some other text, but the diaglogue said: I can be your servant, thingz like that happened alot, but doesnt mater very much.... give u a 5/5!!!!!!!!
Are there this many lines left in french ? I tested all the maps after I translated so i thought there wouldn't be. Could someone tell me here or by MP where they are ?
Well, i like this campaign.
But i think its a LITTLE disturbing that sometimes the names and the lines are in french, and sometimes the voices dosent fit the dialogue..
Speaking of the dialogue, i thought it was sometimes a little too fast..
But overall a good campaign, the ending was a little odd at first, but then it turned out great! :D
The terrain was very well done but was too messy some of the time, and we all know that the sunken ruins is a good tileset, but you kinda overdid it at sometimes.

I used it for theramore island and the scenario mainly took part on it

SPOILER
The lich king wanted to attack the orcs AFTER the humans, but he sent a small group to intercept the messengers that could use the portal to the orcish outpost of the 7th map, as the necormancer explained it at the end.
sounds pretty cool maybe i'll download it right now!
I must say i was impreased.
All the maps were really fun, but usually were too hard or too easy i felt.

The story was good (OMG you stole my ending, sorta  ) There were a few lines you left in french but it didn't interupt the flow for the most part.
Overall, good campaign, Very good.
P.S. Where were the orcs and the night elves?
SPOILER
The lich king said now to attack the orcs but the one and only part they are involved in has undead everywhere?
Keep up the good work anyway :D
nice.

I hope Blizzard get to work writing the final Part of warcraft. Its been 2 years, and still no news of The next part. darn fliff hanger ending. It should be one of the next project. Whats blizzard doing next again? probily SC ghost.
A little presentation :

Rise of the lich king by Armelior

This is a sequel to the Frozen Throne. Follow the destiny of the Scourge, the bloodelves and the nagas after Arthas took the helmet of Ner'Zhul. You can find what becomes of Vashj, Kael, Kel'Thuzad, Sylvanas and Varimathras, and play each side.

features :

-8 playable maps with different types of gameplay
-4 cinematics + 1 bonus
-travel from the cold of Icecrown to the tropical island of Theramore, and also Lordaeron, Khaz-Modan and the Barrens
-a new model for Arthas-Lich King
-a few new units and researches for the undead and elves
-all cinematics are skippable
-extensive testing should result in really few bugs left
-custom AI for maps with a base

English is not my first language, but there shouldn't be too many mistakes, and I hope the voices of Blizzard I used will fit well.
It was great
I LOVE IT!
Just some small bugs are in it i won't tell!
Try to find them self by playing the campaign.
Exelent!

P.S: Robo_ben101 its "talking" not "taling"
I was not sure if people would like the end, but with your avatar this comment is not surprising

Why did you two not rated if you made a comment ?
what the heck are you taling about! anyway good campaign :D
dude, the campaign was good but it would of been a lot better if (not to give to much away to the people stii awaiting to play it) a certain person had not been defeated because of jaina and if that person killed off all the humans and conquered the rest of the world
O well, I should have known i wouldn't be the only one doing a campaign like this one. I'll try to give u a fair rating but jelosy might lower the score I must warn you
