SPOILERS AHEAD:
To finish the map "The Green Storm". Simply leave Grom and Orgrim behind until Thrall has finished his mission which is to protect all captured orcs from attacking guards. You can get important items from the crates that are nearby, which completes the optional quest. When Thrall is overwhelmed use the Cloak of Shadows.

Save the map when all guards are killed and bring Thrall north to a safe position. Now you can use Hellscream and Doomhammer to attack the base and destroy all barracks, you can also try with Thrall and some captured orcs if you're not afraid to lose him.

All the things you described are bugs

sorry for that. Except with the orc in the introduction-map: He's not supposed to fight, he's just a traitor sitting back and "enjoying" the fight, and afterwards he gets killed by his own people.

THIS GAME IS AWESOME,10000000/5, GREAT. I'm still trying to finish it. I loved the level where Thrall had to go do a bunch of quests to prove himself worthy. I forgot to save after I did the pig thing and I LOST. I had to do it ALL OVER AGAIN!

I love this game so much. There is a few things that are a little odd. In the beginning, the orc just stands there when they get ambushed with Durotar, you should make him fight. One of the REALLY odd stuff was when there was a thrall at the bottom in the level of the jailors. HE started attacking and HE gained levels, while my other Thrall was at the top fighting. It was a little weird.

Besides all that, its great. I'm still trying to finish it. I'm on the level where you attack Durnholde. Do you have any tips, because I died like so many times.

Anyway, thanks so much for the campaign. GOOD JOB!

I finally finished the campaign and I give it 3.5/5.

The story was quite interesting. The last two chapters made me really want to finish this campaign.

You could have propably increased the level of drama and excitement by adding more custom music.

The last chapter felt however little odd, when there were all kind of traps. The last fight was too easy.

I also wondered why my peons came out of the burrows when the middle cinematic had played in the second last chapter. They appeared outside, but still were inside the burrows.

The ogres have their death towers for the same reason every prisoner in a blizzard-game is already armed with a weapon. It's not meant to be taken seriously.

Now to your problem with Chapter 6, "The Green Storm". It may happen some time that you or your purple ally accidently kill one the civilians. The one hint I can give you is to save now and then, on different slots if possible.

Unfortunately I have to admit that this case, and everything else you talk about are bugs that had to be fixed before releasing the campaign. But I was young and you know... my beta-testing-crew broke free of their chains before finishing the job. Those lazy goodfernothins!!!...

This is so irritating! I've played the campaign to a chapter where you have to free those orcs from the human town, but the quest requirement is very odd; all civilians must survive. The game ends suddenly saying that a civilian was killed although I hadn't done anything!!!

Frostwolf chapters aren't so good. What's the reason for ogres having death towers?????? Spirit questions are irritating, full of bugs; when I try some of the spirit questions again, the timer window won't appear and one time I had to stop playing because the selection box (or what its name is) was empty.

That cloth was irritating too. I don't see any reason that Thrall should have two clothes (at least I had two cloth-items after I escaped from the human prison).

Other chapters are quite fine and the story is somewhat interesting. I'll propably try to finish the campaign, but does somebody know what I should do with the civilians, is it a bug??

I really wanted them to have a cool AI by acompanying you, moving around you and defending you. Unfortunately my triggering-skills back then weren't as good as they are now. But I don't have any plans (yet) to release a fixed version either.

I see. It inly happens in the first stage for me.

Just one more suggestion: in the quest where you help 4 raiders free the pigs from the gnolls, can you make them friendly under your control instead of AI.

I had to reload the quest a few times 'cause they kept boxing me in and I couldn't move.

Just looked into the map. It is a bug. I used more variables than needed so I confused them, it seems.

Normally, when Thrall dies you get a slow-motion cinematic view of him dying before you get your defeat-message.

Please keep the posts coming =) Tell me what you liked, didn't like and if you found any bugs.

Oh yeah, while I am at it. I am making a campaign from the Book "Day of the Dragon". It's not going to be as complex as "Lord of the Clans" but I still hope it's going to be fun. It's 50% done.

This campaign is SOOO COOOLL!

Just one question: in the first map i did some thing stupid and got killed but the map did not say defeat or resurrect Thrall.
Is this a bug or is it just my PC?

None the less this campaign rocks!

Ive read this book and it may not follow the book perfectly but this is a great campaign with beautiful terrain and hardly any bugs(although there are some small ones) definetly a 5\5

There is som weird bug in the 7th map that makes the game crash, especially during the spirit of the wild-test, and it's sometimes impossible to save your game and the save-file gets deleted when you update it at the wild spirit.

Im giving this the Director's Choice Award for it excellent in-game representation of the great novel. The story is just as engrossing, even if you havent read the book. Bliiz should take a look at this one

. My only suggestion is maybe use the orc child skin for the villager kid for baby thrall insread of a tiny peon. (we have that skin in the skins section here.)

It's an item so that would depend on the inventory slot you put it in. The hotkeys for the items in a hero's inventory are the NumPad-Numbers,

respectively
7,8,
4,5,
1 and 2.

Thank you all for your comments and sorry to those who couldn't download the campaign, unfortunately I don't have a solution to fix it.

About the pig-quest (many people seem to have difficulties here

): Stay on the right, most pigs come from that side. But because the pigs on the left side are so fast it is always good to run there as soon as possible and then get back to the right. Putting game speed on a minimum helps. Use the hotkey for the ensnare-item, mouse is too slow.

Great campaign, but how do i catch the pigs in the fifth level? they're to fast, and they don't respond to the stunning slam ability.
Otherwise completely awesome!

Really impressive work. I've never found a gameplay with such variety in one single campaign, and it's also well balanced. It has a good story - I haven't read the book but this campaign seems to be a good adaptation from what I've seen.
The map design and the cutscenes are also well-made, and I found no bugs.
So for me it's one of the best campaigns here and it should have 5/5 if I could still vote.

I was having the same trouble actually. What is happening is that it's not downloading the whole file. What I did to fix this is that I downloaded it into a folder with nothing in it. For some reason or another, that seemed to fix the problem.

Very well-done campaign. I thoroughly enjoyed it. There were some minor errors that I found however.

When attacking the gnolls with the group of 4 raiders, I was blocked into a corner by them, trying to get out for a solid ten minutes. I ended up having to kill one of them, making the mission much more difficult.

There were also random items and such thrown around through the campaign that were in German, not that it affected game-play.

Awesome campaign however. 5/5

every time i download this campaign, it stopped without a treason.
i tried to make it look like a costum campaign, but no luck.

any assistanse is most welcomed.
BTW, as the others said, it is a marvelous idea to make a campaign out from a book.

This is a great campaign! I've played the first four maps. There great, thoguht i've found som minor spoilers:
- Sometimes the dialogue is to fast. For example in the Prologue map, where Draka and Durotan have that long conversation.
- There are some mispellings and in the fourth map, when Thrall is found by those wolves his name is 'Storyteller'.
- In the 'Hunger for youre people' map i reached level 5 with Thrall, but when i got to the 'Lonely Wolf' map i was only level 4 and had lost all my stuff (Except the baby cloth and the Cloak of Shadows)

Otherwise great campaign!

Outsider: Try Removing all the zip files or folders you have previously for the campaign, like on your desktop, unzipped folder and such. Thats how I fixed the problem with mine (I had same prob).

Although that may or may not be the cause/effect. Seems like it fails the first few times, then succeeds after the second or third if you try later.

I was able to download this just fine, btw.
