The start of an epic story of betrayal, romance, loss, and war. Following in the footsteps of Creatures Of The Night, and The Shadows Of Teldrassil, comes a new cinematic series...
PROLOGUE:
A thousand years ago... The Legend began with a hero`s rising.
First, I thought this was about the warcraft universe, everything seemed to point at it; the demons had normal Burning Legion creeps, it was called the Deamon realm but I didnt care much about that. Later when I heard the world's name, I thought "oh, a parallel world to Azeroth, cool!" But then, I saw the world's armies seem to made out from... High elves, blood elves and night elves, in their normal dresses... "Ok, uhm, perhaps they are there to help them?" No, I was wrong. I let the movie roll on... Wtf? Arthas?!
I was shocked, no, I was completely confused. No single new skin or anything. Back when DaemonKillar began making his movies it was okay since there were no skins back then, but now its ridicilous. Its a great cinematic, but it needs models to make it interesting. If it was in the warcraft universe I would understand but in another its just wierd(thats why so many makes it in the wc universe).
Storywise is kind of cliché, but Im watching all movies around here so no real prob. The battle music stopped me from pressing the F10 button.
Finale: Use models and skins, they add depth and coolness and doesnt feel monotone like the normal ones which Ive seen a million times atleast.
This cin looked like a quite good beginning of a new cinematic series. But as it was said in the other map (why did you post it double?!), to copy the title music of a well-known cinematic series is not a good idea. There is the one thing, I often repeat: the camera during the battle is way too slow. It makes the whole battle a slowly dream. And why this long fade in and out after every short scene? Use hard cuts, they don't look as hard as they are and are much faster. A battle is something hectic. This doesn't look so in this cin.
Nearly everything else is really good, e.g. terrain, effects like the archers...
