Can here one HELP me for Camera system?

The camera rotation stops following the character movements once you enter the town, leaving you at an akward angle the rest of the game. Lot of terrain errors, buildings floating halfway off cliffs, characters able to walk straight through all the buildings (need bathing blockers). The cliffs are boxy and unrealistic. This still needs a lot of work.
