How come we have two copies of Wind & Cload both at version 2.1?

As well have been playing what is listed as 1.1, I should update soon, but anyone have a tip where I find the "Outworld Gate". Bt the time I get an answer the gate will have long since closed but if anyone happens to know I'd appreciate it.

btw, my char is a lvl 40 frost dragon... not getting any drops from him yet though, all generic stuff.
