Why does a "Prisma Tower" upgrade into those things?

Best TD map ever...
New in this V:
Added 3 new towers,
Prisma Tower, wich can bee upgrade to Tesla Coil, and finaly to Flak Cannon...
But u need power for that ( food ) so u must build power house ^^ added ultimate tower at wisp , and finaly to make map some easy
Buy Life Syste....
Player 1 red can buy life buy typing -buy but it cost 450 gold
