Sorry I don't mention to some modellers already I have added them. It was because of going with haste to upload the map yesterday. Thank you very much for the work.

The version of the AAT and the StarFighter does not occupy too much (50 kb). The problem is the size of the heroes.

I have used the program of Vexorian but although it says to me that the file has been compressed 48%, the file continues occupying the same.

I will look for more ways to optimize it. (so far I have reduced many textures).

By the momment the map have 5,22 mb of size. (But with less addons. it is a shame)

I won't test this map because I'm too lazy to fiddle with the MPQs right now. but from what I can see on the screenies I have a few suggestions.

- Use my newer version of the AAT tank, it's a much smaller file size and a lot of bugs were fixed. It could be you also used the old version of the Jedi Starfigher, but I can't see that from the screenshots.
- Replace the photo icons with icons that fit the rest of the style.
- Also give credit to other model authors, that TIE fighter and those turrets aren't made by either me or Illidan(evil)x

The pictures looks real nice, and I the Yoda model looks real cool.

BUT that MPQ replacement is not a good idea. If you want to pla mltiplayer all players would need to change their mpq and that is a problem.

To reduce map size try the program :wc3 map optimizer3.6

Also try to reduce the size of the skins with program like :Wc3 Image Extractor II

First save image (skin) as tga. then reload file and save as blizzard.blp file and reduce the percentage of file quality. SOmetimes it does no make much difference ingame and it reduces the size of the file considerably.

I saved up a lot of size in my own map doing so :P

Yes, it is a disadvantage but it was the only form to be able to introduce all the archives (they surpass the 4 megas). If you replace mpq the game not it breaks but you will have to return to put the original one if you want to play another map. (simply you do a backup of mpq original).
Mpq War3xlocal.mpq is mpq with less information of the game but even so it can be necessary to play warcraft original. (Perhaps although it is not necessary. )

Hey and replacing the MPQs will not do anything to warcraft I mean for example crash it, give me errors or something because I dont wanna damage my warcraft so tell me please and ill dl it, it looks really nice of what I see in the pictures but still I wont dl until I know what happens when replacing the MPQ

Hello to all. Here I put a new map. It is a tester version but I hope that you like it. Sorry but the texts are in Spanish because it is our language. It is possible that in the future we change them to the English. The War3xlocal.mpq file has to be copied in the folder of Warcraft III and overwrite the old one (backup the older).
PD: Thanks to Illidan(evil)x, Olofmoleman, Rebel-Turret, Domokun and Rao Dao Zao for any of their models(in the beta version they will be added in it himself map)
