ya sorta, only the edges should look rough when it shatters and should look like a ice-terrain texture and the ice should melt away.
for its death animation u should make it look like its body freezes up, then shatters. Thatd be awesome

the death animation could be made with the diablo II freezing death where they explode into little ice shards and melt away. that way it could be made so that it has damage upon death!

Horrible shading. As far as death animation goes, why not make it special. Like burning in blue fire instead.

its not rough enough. in otherwords, in dosent have that real look to it like for example killst4r's models are textured so it looks real and not as much computer generated. otherwise i give it a 5/5!
