I have a model of an undead Arthas without his horse, it doasn't need any skin. I think it uses the normal undead Arthas skin.

its basically a minorly edited (or maybe none at all) arthas model, the notepad is used to transfer animations, and notice how he didnt enclude any programs that deal with unwrapping, so in short...
