Why the skin file takes 0 kb?
i had this problem before, skin resolution must
be at the power of 2
my recommendation is to use 256x256

Why bother making a BIG model if we can resize things in Worldeditor?
It's meant 2 be a giant Tree, in the screen it's small, but it's really big.
