why do people laugh at these things? whats the funny part? its an ordinary christmas hat and nothing more. cant understand what is funny about that. some people realy are cinda wierd. 3/5 for model give it animations and make it more flexible, it looks like a hat made of iron. (if you get my point....)

not particulary useful unless your making a cristmas map...or i guess it would make a nice easter egg...er cristmas present in an RPG or Campaign.
