Lu Bu is my favorite character I can tell you precisely what needs work, The spear is to long, you didn't get the frayed red linen on the neck of the spear, the point of the spear is to white, the feathers on his head are to fat, his neck is to fat, lol his hands are blobs, the spear is green but yours is grey, you didn't get the winding snake on his spear, theres no circle on the bottom of the spear, no cape, and i think you should make him for 3D by making his armour stick out and such, also make the skin more detailed so its not so mixed up and dull sory for being so harsh i just hate to see him so mishapen 3/5 its still good though
the neck looks way too thick, also try to make the horns thinner to make it look more like his "antennas" or whatever. but not bad actually, lu bu is my favorite character.
