When I try to extract this file I get an error message tell me that it won't extract the file for the safety of the computer, any advice?

I have no idea what happened to the skin. I uploaded this file to the old wc3 database a few months ago, the skin must have got lost in the meanwhile. I don't have the file anymore either, as I purged all War3 stuff from my computer months ago.

The file only comes with the model, it looks like there are several skins; not to mention the read me refers to another.
