You made a perfectly good model with a good animaiton.
The only problem is that there is only one animation and there isn't a standard stand - still animation present, nor the birth or death (I know you probably do not need such animations, but still... I think every model should have birth / death).

P.S.: I've made these changes for one of my maps. Would you allow me to post a modified model?
