This is not a pandarian! It is a Grizzarian! Change the color of the fur and clean the meat-cleaver and I'd download it.

this "new breed" of panda may give a quite good story

* The face look OK. No beaver.
* Compress the preview picture.
* The slughter axe looks too dirty compared with the main model and his shiny armor.
You could probably CnP a section of the armor, and change it a bit into an axe skin.

Since the facial features reminds me more of a beaver than a bear and since it got thick hair, I think it looks like a beaver, flappertail or not.
