This model is from ZZzz (Fr0stbite) at Warcraftwarehouse.com but since it is already out i upload his model here. It is his model, I just used it on my map. Full credit goes to him. There are also buttons available for this model. I will upload it too.

Unless you have permission from the author, you should take this down. Perhaps there was a reason that he didnt want it to see uploaded at wc3sear.ch etc.

There are other models that are quite good (gnomish submarine for example) that are not uploaded here because the author did not want to, so please respect the wishes of the author unless he has given his permission
