eota is Eve of The Apocalypse, it's an AOS that is way more advanced than DOTA. An Ebb is supposed to be a void in time that slows things in it. This can be used as a unit with an AOE slow aura. hope that clears things up.

u dont need to import any of the textures. this is meant to be an effect that can be used something like a black hole that slows units entering the unit. this effect is similar to the one in Eota.
