Very nice, but the rotation is not the best, but I like the sparkling effects...

when i dl it, it tells me that it is blocked. I tryed unblocking it but it still says its blocked.HELP
or do i need password?

Just find the file that you downloaded, right click on it, and then click "Extract Here". That should extract the contents directly where the downloaded Zip file is, then you can just move it wherever you want after that.
