eeh... but whats cool is that the wc3 ones are 2d from all directions =)
It is Multiple arrows , i remade the model so the arrows are 3d , and animated 3 waves of them that shoot from the sky. i skinned it with the wc3 arrow skin so you wouldnt need paths or imports.

mutliple ones with stand, death, and decay anims. can be useful though...
Looks like weather effect to me. Some description can come in hand
looking at the name I'd say multiple arrows in 1 model... But I think this model is just copying the existing arrowmodel... Not too much work...
Is it single arrow or multiple ones ?
