For optimal results, use sleep as the base spell and set it to six attachment points on the buff. Change the buff from the sleep buff to this. Change the attachment points to hand,left hand,right foot,left foot,right foot,rear,right foot,rear,leftIf you do it correctly and test it in game you will get results similar to the one in the screenshot.
