I believe in the second option because almost any modellers can make a model like this and General Franks without using another member's resources.

yes, of course... all my models are crap:)
I've made this model on 04.09.06 (My Birthday), but couldn't upload it, because I had problems with acsess to this site...

and I've modified geometry of peasant, to make this model, and General Frank had only replaced the head of High Elven Peasanth with the head of MK...

This just looks like a reskin of General Frank's Dwarven Miner.ANd many of the modles on that site are on here, under alot of other peopls names'.
