Ok, it's not a wisp, it's the model for the Magic Missle spell, used in Baldur's Gate.

I don't know how to make magic missile from baldur's gate II (or I) in warcraft III... could anyone tell me how? I've used e.g. forked lightning but the lightning stays :'(
