Okay guys this is a newer version of Juice_F's royal guard.... i added some seastuff, changed the face and the cape so it looks more 'oceanish' hope ya like :)

nice bits that you addad and for the theme of it, it gets 4/5 but i think it would be a little bit better if you pale the hair a bit and did a grey scale all over it so it seems white/washed wich is what happans to clothes and materials that stay in the water around the sun for too long. blacks go greyish, that sort of thing.
