cnp + recolor. not very good.
Over-rated cheap CnP. Way to over-rated! 
well, you only added some leaves, nothing else changed, that's not really an effort. but then it looks quite good, altough i'd add some shading to the leaves around the waist. i also pity the lack of team colours, because they make a skin more versatile (and you can still choose the green team colour if you want a unit to look camo). 3.4/5

How do you do it without a cursor then ? "Think" the colours onto the unwrap ?

Just because something is GOOD doesn't mean it was cut and paste. And if you'd rather have a 11 year olds freehand work, be my guest.
