A custom skin for the "TowerOfTheSun" building, to make a Nightelf 'Nocturnium' building. Proper pathing is in the README .txt

My first building skin. A nightelf building devoted to Owls. Mostly CnP from a handful of different sources, though there is some freehand in there... and I personally find it useful. Enjoy! :)
