ermm, whats so bad about that?... oh I see, if you need to use both dwarf and human alter (like me) go to www.wc3campaigns.net and go to tutorials, then i forgot, its either modells, skins or other (misc) there is a tutorial about how to use 2 skins for 1 model (duplicate the model)

and for this skin, its not too bad, but the dwarfs body looks a bit strange (and thats the main bit).

what did you changed exactly? before it was almost all grey, and you added contrast?
