that doesnt look like him, you only added hairs to his forehead, wheres the stupid look you didnt added? also his clthes are insanly blurry, and remove the team color, unless you make the stripes be team color/white
Do u want my method ? Here it is : Save ur .bmp in .blp, then convert ur .blp in .tga, and reconvert ur .tga in .blp. That's done, and work with alpha channeling !
Hm, his shirt is a bit blurry. Select just the shirt and sharpen more and that should fix it. Don't select the collar though, that looks fine. Somehow, whenever I skin, teamcolor goes away... I don't know what I do differently from you. Whatever I do, I like it because it HATE teamcolor. The only acception is if you want variation of something without using the crappy tinting in the editor.
